Return Period
Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Shipping
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Items returned without required documentation may be refused.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Inspection
Returned items are inspected. If eligibility criteria are not met, we will return the item and notify the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for similar products of equal value if in stock.
If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
Store credit must be used within 6 months from date of issue.
